Housing , Infrastructure and Public Works
The Cowessess First Nation has experienced positive growth in the past decade. They have made a steady progress in the field of housing. The housing, infrastructure, roads and public works are a very important component to the Cowessess First Nation with a wide range of responsibilities including planning and promoting new developments along with an ever changing environment.
The department has grown from a one-person responsibility to staffing fifteen (15) people full-time with many casual labourers and contractors depending on season.
